Made to Order
Made To Order Customs will take 3-40 business days excluding weekends and holidays to make. In case of an emergency I will reach out to you if I need more time.
Shipping
I use USPS shipping, which is usually 2-9 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once I have sent it off to the post office it is out of my hands, but I do send the tracking number. I do offer signature confirmation as an extra. If something does happen to the package please.let me know. I cam remake the item as long as the person pays the shipping and half of the item cost.
Payments
All payments are nonrefundable. I do take most payment options, such as venmo, cashapp, etc. I do offer payment plans. Once I get the first payment of the payment plan the order will then get accepted and all payments are nonrefundable.
Redoing Orders
If I have to redo an order for any reason there will be an additional cost that can range from $5-$50 depending on what needs to be redone. All nonrefundable. The redo will go back onto the customs list and then will need another 3-40 business days excluding weekends and holidays to redo.
